A warm word of thanks from the whole team here in Mauritius. It was great to have you both with us and I really appreciate all the time and patience that you had for us. As mentioned, when we embarked in planning this Retreat, the brief to Benoit was one that we wanted to have fun while strengthening the unique ties that bind our team together, we also wanted it to be different to our previous retreats. I can confirm after the 2 days, that we got exactly this and the whole team thoroughly enjoyed the time spent together. Once again, thank you and I hope to be able to welcome you to Mauritius again !

Thank you as well for the experience. I will re-iterate that the course content and execution was excellent. The message of the “good service” has definitely been spread at Engen and I am sure that you will be contacted by other departments in this regard. We will discuss the lessons learnt, mission statement etc with the team as a post team building deliverable. I will appreciate it if we could have a meeting at the refinery to discuss the objectives for another session.

A personal note to say thank you for a wonderful team-building day. It was more than I expected especially since it was just a one-day affair. The response from our staff members has been fantastic and we have some super photographs to remind us of our fun-filled experiences. I was really impressed with the programme you put together. It was tailor-made for our organisation and you read our needs accurately. It is not often that this happens. I have informally followed up with some of the concepts you introduced to us (your notes were most helpful), and it is gratifying to note that every staff member seems to have learnt something valuable from the exercise. We will definitely look at a follow-up programme with you in the new year.

This letter serves to thank you for an outstanding two days on course. Our company has had several get togethers but the remarks were that this was the most productive, relevant and fun experience. From a team building perspective it has really proven extremely useful in getting everyone focussed on goals for the year. I would also like to commend you on your organisation and planning, the excellent catering, and the follow up after the outing. Thank you for a brilliant time. This is the best team building I have had in all my working years. I have been in the manufacturing industry, retail, municipality and now water company & been on many team building events. I must congratulate you on being the best thus far…. It was indeed the best team building exercise that I’ve been on and you can count on a follow-up in time to come. I was under pressure to outdo the last team building session and you certainly did a great job of that. I would like to see other departments come through the same. I certainly canvassed for this at the feedback session with the Maintenance Management team on Tuesday. Regards and thanks once again, I learned a lot more than I expected to.

May I take this opportunity of thanking and congratulating both of you on a well planned, well executed and very worthwhile teambuild. I must admit that when we embarked on this venture, I thought we were being very optimistic to think that even half of us would attempt some of the activities.. The fact that you inspired, motivated, engendered trust and achieved 100% success is amazing, and certainly testimony to your skill, experience and ability. We did than I would have thought possible, and certainly more than I would have attempted without your guidance and motivation! Whilst much fun was evident, I am 120% satisfied that we achieved all we set out to achieve. The valuable lessons learnt will no doubt improve our planning, execution, communication, not to mention the knowledge gained on intra and inter-personal level. I can already see a difference in the team. Many thanks for a fabulous Team Building experience.

It was a day that exceeded all expectations, and we left with a sense of accomplishment and a happy, healthy positive vibe! The lessons we learnt will not be forgotten as they were gained in a way that was fun, emphatic, different from anything we have done before – and from embracing a new experience, we have grown, we have realised that the sky is the limit Thank you for sharing your expertise, the benefit of your years of experience and helping us all bond in a way we have not done before. If I thought my adventure with my Management Team was good, this was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days with my Administration and Distribution team members. Ian, once again, many thanks for your input and hard work. My team was super impressed. Your leadership and encouraging skills are brilliant. A couple of staff expressed that they would not have completed certain tasks had it not been for your strong and trustworthy words of advice and encouragement. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss certain follow up exercises that might be required. We highly recommend this course and look forward to our next adventure with the Sales Team.

I was taken aback by your vast knowledge and the fun ways in which you portray your teachings, it was immensely inspiring.  I was also pleasantly surprised by the strengths that some of my staff possess.  I could never have identified those strengths in the normal work situations.
